A12Lab Founder and Director, Pier has direct responsibility for company management and business development.
Formerly Vice President, Global Online & Mobile Banking at UniCredit, Pier spent over 9 years (2004-2013) covering several managerial roles within the strategy & marketing functions of the group. Previously a Strategy Manager with Accenture (London office, 1998-2003), Pier has overall been working for over 18 years with a number of very large organizations throughout Europe (UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy).
Pier is currently a Professor of Marketing, Innovation & Sustainability at Arcadia University (Pennsylvania, USA - Rome Campus).
He holds a Ph.D. in Economics (University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy), an M.B.A. (Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands) and a Laurea (BA/MA) with First class honours (1st) in Economics & Political Science (University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy). He speaks fluent English, Spanish and Italian, and has a good working knowledge of French.
